Twelve Baskets is operated by Exaltes Global Private Limited (“we”). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and your name and photo if you sign in with Google.
• Details you choose to add: name, phone number and city.
• For providers: listing details, photos, and church verification details including your pastor’s name and email and the letter you upload.
• Enquiries, reviews, saved providers and reports you make.

How we use it

• To run the service: sign you in, show listings, send enquiries to providers and send you emails about your account.
• To verify providers: we email your pastor and our team reviews your letter. Verification letters are never shown publicly.
• To keep the community safe: we review reports and may remove content.

What we share

When you send an enquiry, the provider receives your message, email address and the phone number you provide. Provider listings are public once approved. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can edit your details in your account at any time. To delete your account or listing, contact us and we will remove your data except where we must keep it by law.

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
