Shipping and delivery policy

Twelve Baskets does not sell or ship physical goods. Everything you can buy from us is delivered online.

What you receive and when

• Basket Plus: switched on for your listing as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. You get an email receipt.
• Featured listings: start showing in search as soon as your payment is confirmed, for the number of weeks you bought.
• Gift vouchers: the gift code is emailed to you straight away, and to the person receiving it if you give their email. It also appears in your account.

If you have not received what you paid for within 24 hours, write to us at twelvebaskets@exaltesglobal.com and we will sort it out or refund you.

Providers’ own products and services

Providers listed on Twelve Baskets deliver their own products and services, and agree delivery, timing and charges directly with you. We are not responsible for their delivery. See our terms of use.
